Payment and Refund Policy for Healing Session Booking Website

  1. Advance Payment:
    The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The payment confirms your session reservation.
  2. Non-Refundable:
    All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show. Please ensure you are ready to embark on your healing journey 🙏🏼.
  3. Rescheduling Sessions:
    • Sessions can be rescheduled if a request is submitted at least 24 hours before the session time.
    • If the request is not submitted within the specified period, the session will be considered canceled, and no compensation will be provided.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    In the event of a no-show without prior notice, there will be no refund or rescheduling of the session.
  5. Force Majeure:
    In cases of emergencies or circumstances beyond control (such as natural disasters or health crises), each case will be reviewed individually to determine the possibility of rescheduling.
  6. Booking Confirmation:
    Upon payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please keep this confirmation for future reference.
  7. Agreement to Terms:
    By completing the payment, the client agrees to all the above-mentioned payment and refund terms.
